Welcome to TROPICAL RETREAT, a very spacious and private two-story
single family house located steps away from the Florida Bay in Islamorada.
Relax after a day of fishing, sunbathing, snorkeling or scuba diving
by enjoying a spectacular sunset from the nearby homeowners' park.
Quick access to blue water fishing is through nearby channels Snake
Creek and Tavernier Creek.
Amenities included are:
• Vaulted ceiling, formal dining area, living room and family
room
• 3 large bedrooms with 2 king-sized beds and 2 twins
• 3 baths with one master bath suite
• Well-equipped kitchen
• Olympic sized pool, beach and playground at nearby Founder's
Park
• Parking for 3 cars plus side lot to park boats and trailers
• Laundry room
• 50" plasma TV with HD cable
• Computer with internet access
Rates are $3,000 per month, plus a $150 cleaning charge. A $500
deposit is required at time of booking.
Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival are refundable.
Cancellations within 90 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Open daily 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Dine by the water overlooking
Robbie's Marina, or soak up the A/C in a traditional conch house-turned
diner. Stay to feed the wild tarpon at Robbie’s.
