Since the last AFG update, we welcomed Captain Eddie Yarbrough to the fishing team. Starting in early 2016, he has kept busy running trips out of our 22 foot Maverick Pathfinder bayboat. Capt. Eddie has lived and fished in south Florida for over 20 years. After a long career in the corporate world, Capt. Eddie decided to launch his next career on the water, soaking in the beauty of the Florida Keys and helping people catch their fish of a lifetime.

We also recently changed engines. Staying with the Suzuki brand, we said goodbye to the old and welcomed in the new 200 v6 4-stroke to the transom. This engine is a dependable, quite-running 4-stroke engine which will get the Pathfinder out and back safely each time. We are glad to have the dependability of Suzuki and skills of Capt. Eddie behind the helm to guide you to memorable adventures throughout the Florida Bay, Everglades National Park as well as nearshore/reef fishing.

In keeping with sun protection, AFG added a new Bimini top to the Pathfinder bay boat for extra protection on those particularly sunny days on the water. Please notify us prior to your charter if you would like us have the the Bimini top along for the ride. If you haven’t booked already, we still have some great fishing dates open.
